Messaging Terms

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These Messaging Terms explain how Milson Group, LLC may communicate with you by email, telephone, and text message in connection with the "I Used to Smoke"™ Programs and services.

By providing your contact information, you may receive communications reasonably necessary to respond to your request, administer a purchase or appointment, or provide services you have requested.

Text-message consent is handled separately and is optional.

1. Who Is Communicating With You

The legal business providing the "I Used to Smoke"™ Programs and services is:

Milson Group, LLC

Services may be presented under the client-facing brand:

"I Used to Smoke"™

Communications may identify Michael D. Milson, Milson Group, LLC, "I Used to Smoke"™, or a combination of these names where appropriate.

2. Email Communications

When you submit a form, book an appointment, make a purchase, enroll in a program, or otherwise request services, we may send email concerning:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Zoom or meeting information

  • Intake forms

  • Preparation instructions

  • Scheduling changes

  • Payment or transaction information

  • Client support

  • Resources related to services you purchased

  • Program access or client-portal information

  • Follow-up concerning services you requested

These service-related communications may be necessary to administer your appointment, purchase, or program.

Promotional or educational email may also be sent when permitted.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.

Unsubscribing from promotional email does not necessarily prevent service-related email reasonably necessary to administer an appointment, purchase, program, or account you requested.

3. Email Sending Domains

Emails associated with "I Used to Smoke"™ services may be sent from addresses or sending domains operated by Milson Group, LLC.

Some client systems or resources may also use domains associated with our technology platforms.

For example, certain client-resource or portal communications may refer to or originate through EliteMembersVault.com.

The use of another domain for a client portal or technology platform does not mean that your information has been transferred to an unrelated business.

4. Text Message Consent

Text-message consent is optional and is not required as a condition of purchasing an Insight Session or other service.

If you separately choose to consent to non-marketing text messages, Milson Group, LLC may send messages concerning matters such as:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Scheduling or rescheduling

  • Preparation instructions

  • Client-support matters

  • Service-related updates

Message frequency may vary depending on your appointments, activity, and communications with us.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan.

5. Opting Out of Text Messages

You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time.

Reply:

STOP

to opt out of further automated text messages.

After an opt-out request is processed, you should not receive further automated text messages unless you later provide new consent.

You may still receive communications through other channels, such as email, when reasonably necessary to administer services you requested.

6. Help With Text Messages

For assistance concerning text messages, reply:

You may also contact "I Used to Smoke"™ Client Support using the contact information provided below.

7. Marketing Text Messages

Consent to receive appointment or other non-marketing text messages does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messaging.

If Milson Group, LLC offers promotional SMS messaging in the future, any consent required for those messages will be requested separately.

You may choose to receive service-related text messages without agreeing to receive marketing text messages.

8. Telephone Calls

If you provide a telephone number, we may call you when reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to a request you made

  • Address an appointment or scheduling matter

  • Provide client support

  • Resolve a problem concerning a service you purchased

  • Return a call or voicemail

Providing your telephone number does not by itself authorize unrelated automated promotional telephone calls.

9. Carrier and Delivery Limitations

Email, telephone, and text-message delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Messages may be delayed, filtered, blocked, misdirected, or unavailable because of:

  • Wireless-carrier restrictions

  • Spam filtering

  • Email-provider filtering

  • Device settings

  • Network problems

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Technology-provider restrictions

  • Other circumstances outside our control

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and updating us if it changes.

10. Restricted or Unavailable Messaging

Certain carriers, technology providers, or messaging platforms may restrict particular categories of text-message content.

For that reason, some communications that could otherwise be sent by text may instead be sent by email, telephone, client portal, or another appropriate communication method.

Milson Group, LLC may limit, suspend, or discontinue text messaging when necessary to comply with carrier, platform, legal, or regulatory requirements.

11. Privacy and Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not sell your mobile telephone information or text-message consent information.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not provided to unrelated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, customer-service providers, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to deliver and administer communications on our behalf.

Additional information concerning how personal information is handled appears in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changing Your Communication Preferences

You may contact us at any time to update your communication preferences.

Depending on the service you have requested, we may need to retain at least one practical method of contacting you concerning an active appointment, purchase, payment, or program.

If you prefer not to receive text messages, email can normally be used for appointment and service communications instead.

13. Changes to These Messaging Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology providers, carrier requirements, or applicable law.

The current version will be posted on this page with its most recent revision date.
